get a care package, then climb up something, while your climbing hold lb to hold a flash or smoke or stun whbatever. then press right on the dpad to u have out your care package, then releasr LB to throw the smoke grenade and then throw your carew package, one the item in the CP has been called in you will get a "dummy Package" repeat what you just did with the climbing and the flash but this time when you hit right on your d-pad you will get +100 point but no care package will be called in. when you die you will haev a new care package so ya...
